The Fabric List provides all the information needed to select fabric for your Pine Needles quilt pattern. It includes manufacturer, stock number and color of the fabric used by McKenna in the original quilt plus the fabric quantities needed. The Fabric list is not a placement guide. High-resolution images of many quilts are available on the Pine Needles web site. Find the quilt pattern and click on “Details,” you will be directed to a link for the high resolution image if available. Fabric Lists and high-resolution images are not available for all quilts. **NOTE ON FABRIC AVAILABILITY** McKenna exclusively uses fabrics by Hoffman California Fabrics. By working closely with Hoffman, our goal has been to keep fabrics available longer. Of course, fabric availability also depends on what each retailer decides to stock. As you know, fabric patterns have a relatively short life compared to a quilt pattern. Many of McKenna’s early quilt patterns (from the 90’s) are extremely popular today! Because fabrics come and go quickly, it is not always possible to find the exact fabric used by McKenna. We make available “Shop Tools” to stores that carry Pine Needles patterns. These “tools” are useful in assisting customers with alternative fabric selections. These tools are not available to retail customers or on the web site. We encourage you to contact the store, catalog or on-line retailer with assistance in selecting fabric for your quilt. We receive e-mails and photographs every day of Pine Needles quilts where quilters have personalized their quilt including using a variety of fabrics.
