  1. Disclosure of Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy
    • Returns: If you need to return an item please contact us via email at info@pineneedles.com or via phone 800.728.2278. Damaged merchandise will receive a full refund or we will send a replacement free of charge. If you have changed your mind, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, but not your original shipping.
    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 2 days of the merchandise arriving in our warehouse. Depending on your bank's policies, it may take up to 5 business days for this to show up for a debit card and up to one complete billing cycle for a credit card.
    • Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@pineneedles.com or call us at 800.728.2278. Please note that we generally ship the same day as your order is placed.
  2. Disclosure of Data Privacy
    Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below:
    • Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service.   3. Disclosure of Method of Transaction Security
    • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Our certificate is issued by GoDaddy Secure Certificate Authority.
    • We do not reveal the credit number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing via a secure channel. Once the order has been completed, no credit card information is stored on our site.
    • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. When using a shared computer, be sure to clear the cookies and history on the browser, close the browser and sign off of the computer.
  4. Disclosure of Transaction Currency (US Dollars)
    Except where otherwise noted, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, in U.S. Dollars.
  5. Disclosure of Export/Legal Restrictions
    We ship to almost every country in the world. However, due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Central African Republic, Cuba, Georgia, Ghana, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, and Vietnam. If your country is not on this list, we will ship to you.
  6. Disclosure of Delivery Policy
    US: delivery is via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail and takes 3-7 business days
    Canada: United States Postal Service Priority Mail and takes 7-14 business days
    International: United States Postal Service Priority mail and takes 10-14 business days
