Today I hung an outdoors themed 60"x60" wall quilt using the moose hangers, which are hard plastic. Due to the weight of the quilt, my husband drilled the existing holes about 1/2" deeper for the dowel ends; we used 2 oak dowels with a copper coupler to hold the rods together. I'm happy with the results.
