Please note, we do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, South Africa, and Syria.

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note if your order is "Processing," it is still in our queue to be filled.

Our Shipping Department chooses the best method for your package and your order may ship via USPS or UPS. If you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. If you would like to choose a carrier different from what we would choose, you would be responsible for the difference in shipment costs.

For Retail customers, shipping and handling charges are assessed based on your merchandise total. Rates are as follows:

International Rates and Taxes:

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees, duty, VAT or other taxes associated with importing. We are aware that many countries do not charge duties on paper patterns. Please check the regulations for your country.
  • As of January 1, 2021 we are required to collect 20% VAT on orders shipping to the U.K. where the product total is less than £135 (< $180.00 USD). For orders greater than £135 (or $180 USD), customers will pay the VAT upon import.
  • As of July 1, 2021, the EU will be charging VAT on all shipments; these will be collected from you by the EU or your postal delivery service and may delay the delivery of your package. Please be sure your email address and phone number are correct on your order.

The choice of carrier is at our discretion and is based on the lowest-cost option, generally USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to choose a carrier different from what we would choose, you would be responsible for the difference in shipment costs.

Back Orders:
We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock on a regular basis. However, if your order includes back ordered items, we will hold your shipment for up to 10 business days in an effort to ship everything together. If the back ordered items will not be replenished within 10 business days, we will contact you and make arrangements to ship your order out partially, or hold it until everything is in stock. Generally, if we ship a partial order due to back-ordered items, we will ship the remainder of your order at no-charge. Exceptions may apply.

Orders that are RTS (Return to Sender):
When orders are RTS due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. Should your order be RTS, our Customer Service department will contact you to verify address information and arrange re-shipment.
