Shipping 

Shipping & Handling
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible - every package is packed with care from our small but mighty team in Washington.
Once your order status shows “Processing,” that simply means it’s in our queue and on its way to being lovingly packed and shipped.


Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions due to shipping restrictions and regulations. At this time, we’re unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, South Africa, and Syria.

 

Shipping Methods
We’ll choose the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method for your order - typically USPS or UPS. If you have a specific shipping need or preferred carrier, just reach out before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note: if your chosen method is more costly, we may ask you to cover the difference in shipping charges.

International Taxes & Duties

Please note: international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees your country may apply upon delivery.

  • U.K. Orders: For orders under £135 (about $180 USD), we are required to collect 20% VAT at checkout. 

  • EU Orders: As of July 1, 2021, the EU charges VAT on all shipments. These may be collected by your postal service and could delay delivery. Make sure your email and phone number are included with your order to help avoid delays.

 

Back Orders

We try our best to keep everything in stock, but occasionally an item may be temporarily unavailable. In that case:

  • We may hold your order for up to 10 business days to ship everything together.

  • If something will be delayed longer than that, we’ll reach out to you to offer the option of:

    • shipping what we have now and sending the rest later (usually at no additional cost), or holding the full order until everything is ready.

Orders that are RTS (Return to Sender)

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm your shipping details. Once confirmed, we’ll re-ship your order - just note that you may need to cover the cost of reshipping.

Returns

We want you to love everything you receive from Pine Needles. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

A Few Things to Note

  • All fabric and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in as-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • If you have any questions at all, feel free to call us - we’re happy to walk you through it.

How to Return
Please download, print, and complete our Return Form, and include it with your item. Send returns to our new address:

Filling out the form completely helps us process your return quickly and accurately.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 90 days of your invoice date:

    • Within 30 days: Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Within 31–90 days: You’ll receive store credit for a future order.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days. Be sure to keep all packaging - we may request photos to help with our claims process. Any items sent incorrectly or damaged will, of course, be replaced at our cost. Please note: we are unable to accept returns of items marked with third-party pricing or non-McKenna Ryan tags.

Refunds or credits are typically issued within 1-3 business days of receipt. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to post the refund.

Cancellations

We do our best to process orders quickly - often within hours of being placed - so we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order is in the system.
