How to become a Wholesale Customer

We offer Wholesale accounts to independent quilt and craft retail shops offering patterns and kits. We support our quilt retailers in a myriad of ways, believing in the value of a strong local quilting community. As a Wholesale customer you will have access to areas of our website designed especially for your shop, as well as the ability to view the newest products, and wholesale pricing.

To apply for a Wholesale account, please send an email to info@mckennaryan.com with the following information, or call us at 503-374-1930 or 800-728-2278:

Business name, your name, phone number, email address, website address, billing and shipping addresses. Please attach a copy of your business license to your email.


Providing all this information will expedite your request and enable us to verify that you qualify as a Wholesale company. If you haven't purchased with us previously, or if the information we have on file for you is out of date, we'll follow up with you for a copy of your Reseller's License, Business License, or similar documentation to verify your business. Most applications are responded to within 24 hours.

Note: If you wish to sell completed McKenna Ryan's copyrighted quilt designs (they are ALL copyrighted), we will be happy to establish you as a licensed quilt reseller. Please contact us to set up the necessary legal documents.
