Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No. Our company is located in Oregon where there is no general sales tax.
I have a question about my charges.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history with your own financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Email info@pineneedles.com or call 800-728-2278.
I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits and Refunds usually take 2 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Depending on your bank's policies, it may take up to 5 business days for this to show up for a debit card and up to one complete billing cycle for a credit card.
When will my credit card be charged?
  A hold for funds is placed on your credit card when we receive your order. When we ship your order, the payment is processed against your account.
