International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to almost every country in the world. However, due to legal restrictions or other considerations, we do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Nigeria, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria. Please contact us if you have questions about whether our list is current.

You can also create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please contact us with any questions.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose PayPal as your method of payment, you will be directed away from to securely sign into your PayPal account.
What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping charges are automatically calculated during check-out. Our Shipping Department chooses the best method to ship your package. Your order may ship via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx. If you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
International Rates and Taxes: Please note that we are not responsible for any fees and/or taxes associated with importing. For instance, any shipment made to the European Union and/or its related countries charges a tax for any non-gift items exceeding 135 Euros or Pounds. If the value of the items in your cart exceeds this total, you may want to consider breaking your shipments into separate parts, depending on the fees vs. shipment charges. Other countries may have similar import fees; please check the regulations for your country. Please let us know if we can help by breaking your shipment into smaller packages.
What is the return policy?

If you need to return an item please contact us via email at or via phone 800.728.2278. Damaged merchandise will receive a full refund or we will send a replacement free of charge. If you have changed your mind, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, but not your original shipping.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 2 days of the merchandise arriving in our warehouse. Depending on your bank's policies, it may take up to 5 business days for this to show up for a debit card and up to one complete billing cycle for a credit card.
